Nursing Program
Treasure Valley Community College Associate Degree Nursing Training program is certified by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and also by the Oregon State of Nursing.
Successful completion of the Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing (AAS) readies Treasure Valley Community College graduates for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), and a prosperous career as a health-care professional. Training program admission occurs one time a year in the Fall term. The application deadline is February 15 or the very first business day after that.

Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC) is a community college situated in Ontario, Oregon, USA, at the western edge of the Treasure Valley.
Treasure Valley Community College started in 1962 holding afternoon and also evening classes at Ontario High School. Since then Treasure Valley Community College has grown to fourteen major structures, including the Laura Moore Cunningham Science Center, which formally unveiled its doors in the year 2013.
The non-urban campus takes up 90 acres on the western edge of the Treasure Valley. The close by 4 Rivers Cultural Center houses the Meyer-McLean Theater utilized by the college to present plays as well as other purposes.

Following are the minimum requirements for ADN-RN Nursing Program. Minimum admission standards include:
- Students are eligible to be considered for admission to the nursing program after completing 30 credit hours of courses from the Required Prerequisite courses listed below. The 30 credits must include BIOL 231 Anatomy and Physiology I and MATH 095 (or higher) by the application deadline. All required prerequisite courses must be completed with a C or better. Before in enrolling in nursing courses, students must complete the following classes: WR 121, WR 122, PSYC 237, PSYC 201, FNUT 225, MATH095 or higher, BIOL 231, BIOL 232, BIOL 233 by the end of 2nd session of the summer term of the year they will be entering into the nursing program. The Nursing Faculty strongly suggest completing BIOL 234 prior to beginning fall quarter of the nursing program.
- Kaplan Pre-Nursing Testing- Kaplan Pre-Nursing score needs to be above the 50th percentile in the “overall correct” score. The “overall correct” score is the number that we will utilize on the First Year score sheet for application
