Nursing program

The very first 2-years of the curriculum include prerequisite courses in the humanities and biological, physical and also behavioral sciences to provide a basis for progression in the nursing major.
  • The prerequisite courses may be finished at any certified college or university. Pupils will then submit an application for upper-level entry into the Traditional BSN training program to complete the 3rd and 4th years in clinical and non-clinical nursing courses.
  • All prerequisite coursework must be completed by the first class day. The training program makes use of traditional, face-to-face instruction and also simulation activities, clinical experiences, team teaching as well as video conferencing of lectures. Pupils on the Round Rock campus will have additional lectures delivered by video conference compared to students on the College Station campus.
