Nursing Program
The two (2) year Associate Degree in nursing training program (ADN) prepares pupils for entrance into the field of professional nursing. Graduates are ready to provide bedside and also relevant professional nursing care in hospitals, homes, clinics, and long lasting care amenities. Upon successful completion of the nursing training program, graduates meet the criteria for licensure as Registered Professional Nurses. Advanced placement in the nursing program is offered to the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
The objective of the A.A.S. is to be completely trained for instant employment upon graduation. Pupils who choose to continue to undertake higher levels of education are advised to consult with the receiving institution concerning transferability of credits.
