Nursing Program

The Rockland Community College Nursing training program readies pupils for a profession as a Registered Nurse. Pupils complete needed nursing course work along with the general education courses essential to pupils who wish to carry on their education at a four-year institution.

A very energetic Student Nurses Association (SNA) is among the some forty student clubs at Rockland Community College. The Student Nurses Association is committed to the successful improvement of pupil nurses via workshops, support groups along with a network of professional faculty and peers.

Graduates of Rockland Community College (RCC) nursing training program possess a high rate of success on the NCLEX examination. The curriculum readies pupils for the licensing examination and for continuing their education to undertake a baccalaureate degree.
