Nursing Program

The Associate in Nursing DTA/MRP in Spokane Community College is a pathway for students to proceed from the community college to a university as a senior student. This pathway permits smooth progression to baccalaureate education.

A candidate for the Associate in Nursing DTA/MRP degree must complete sixty pre-nursing credits and seventy-five in training program credits to meet the specifications for completion of this degree.

It is strongly recommended that students meet with a counselor or academic advisor at Spokane Community College or SFCC regularly to make sure that requirements for this training program are being satisfied.

Completion of the DTA will fulfill requirements for direct transfer with only one additional year of study to finalize the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at four (4) year institutions in Washington State, USA. Make sure you check the college requirements thoroughly with any other school to ensure they accept the direct transfer terms. It is strongly recommended that pupils meet with a counselor or academic advisor to make sure the college they pick does not have further requirements.
