Nursing Program

Nursing is the dynamic interpersonal, goal-directed procedure that strives to promote maximum health within the context of persons, family, community and also society. The idea of caring, which is core to nursing, is communicated via both attitude and also action. Nursing makes use of the nursing process, an issue solving approach, to provide holistic care to persons, families and also groups within the health-care system.

Nurses evaluate health and make clinical decisions to provide safe and also efficient nursing care according to standards of practice within the lawful, ethical and also regulatory frameworks. Nursing practice is dependent on its body of knowledge. By means of conjunction with other health-care professionals, nursing is attuned to the needs of the community across the health-illness continuum. The training program is certified by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc.
