Nursing Program
The Associate Degree Nursing training program is built to prepare graduates to give direct patient care in many different health-care functions. Upon completing the curriculum at North Central Texas College, graduates may apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) which is conducted by the Texas Board of Nursing.
Graduates become Registered Nurses as soon as the NCLEX-RN is passed. North Central Texas College’s ADN training program is endorsed the Texas Board of Nursing and has complete licensing from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
