Nursing program
The Normandale Nursing Department trains students to become entry-level professional nurses who are readied to start their careers as caring, competent members of today’s healthcare team.
The Normandale nursing program has embraced the Minnesota Alliance for Nursing Education (MANE) curriculum which is a collaboratively developed curriculum intended to eradicate barriers for students seeking to acquire their baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN).
Normandale students will attain their Associate of Science degree upon successful completion of the fifth semester of the program and may decide to take National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for Registered Nurse Licensure.
Normandale’s nursing program is endorsed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and authorized by the Accrediting Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
