Nursing program
Gaining the Associate in Science (A.S.) degree offered by MCTC’s Professional Nursing Program (NPRO) educated you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
Within the NPRO faculty are experienced and skilled nurses who use evidence-based teaching styles and state-of-the-art technology to give you the tools needed to start or advance your nursing career.
NPRO learners are admitted to Augsburg College and are provisionally admitted to Augsburg’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program together. If you are a successful NPRO graduate and you finish your licensure as an RN, you can conclude a BSN in as little as one extra year at Augsburg.
NPRO is accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
