- You may apply for acceptance into the nursing program if you have completed or are currently enrolled in your last pre-requisite(s). Pre-requisites for fall admission must be completed by the end of the winter semester of the current year. Pre-requisites for winter admission must be completed by the first 8 weeks of the fall semester of the current year.

(To download a copy of the legislation for the most common disqualifying offenses, go to org/Information, scroll down to Authorizing Statutes and click on each statute listed.) Completion of all clinical components and rotations are a graduation requirement. A degree will not be granted to those who do not successfully complete all clinical components or rotations.

Any information on the physical examination form that is incomplete or unclear may require the student and/or physician to provide further information.
- Once admitted, failure to register for courses by the designated deadline will result in forfeiture of placement and will be considered a withdrawal for the purpose of future program placement.
