For students interested in applying to the Bachelor’s program, all undergraduate applications are handled by the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

• Boston College uses the Common Application. We require that all candidates submit their application electronically at commonapp.org.
• Boston College requires all applicants to submit the Boston College Writing Supplement. The Boston College Writing Supplement must be submitted through the Common Application’s site.
• In addition to the Common Application, Boston College requires that you also submit the following forms. These forms can be printed and mailed (see below for address) or submitted electronically at commonapp.org.
• The School Report and Counselor Recommendation Form
• Teacher Evaluations
• Mid-Year Grade Report
• All students are required to submit an official high/secondary school transcript. This transcript must be sent by your high school and can be submitted online at www.commonapp.org or can be mailed (see below for address).

*Please note: In order to matriculate at Boston College, a student must submit a final high school transcript or a G.E.D. prior to enrollment.

• All students must submit standardized test scores- Beginning in March of 2016, the College Board will be administering a redesigned SAT. If you are an applicant seeking admission to Boston College for Fall 2017, you may submit the pre-2016 versions of the SAT and/or the redesigned SAT. If you submit results from the redesigned SAT, the essay portion of the redesigned SAT will not be required. Similarly, if you choose to submit the ACT, the optional writing test will no longer be required. Boston College will superscore the redesigned SAT and ACT.  However, we will not superscore sub-scores from the current SAT with the redesigned SAT.
