		<description>DKA is a serious condition if  not treated,if patient comes in the ER with h/o DM and complaining of abdominal pain,headache and vomiting,we should take the blood sugar level ASAP,depending on the result we can give IV NSS,S/C or IV drip isulin,if kcl is low then we can give IV KCL..with these measures we can save a life...</description>
